The Praetor 600E debuts the industry-exclusive Smart Window™, enabling seamless virtual meetings, a fully immersive private cinema experience, and real-time exterior views delivered instantly at the touch of a fingertip
Embraer (B3: EMBJ3 / NYSE: EMBJ) today unveiled the next-generation Praetor 600E and Praetor 500E, marking the first evolution of the Praetor family. The new aircraft introduce fully reimagined cabins that transform the private flight experience, maximizing the longer missions these aircraft are capable of flying. With these enhancements, the new Praetors represent the next era for private aviation as aircraft become tools to enhance productivity, connection, and performance.
The Praetor 600E introduces industry-first cabin technology with a 42-inch, 4K OLED touchscreen Smart Window™, an optional feature offering a new level of functionality and productivity. This Embraer-exclusive cabin technology enables video conferencing, high-resolution video streaming, and provides a real-time view via three externally-mounted cameras. With the option to configure a divan across from the Smart Window™, the cabin becomes an ideal setting to host meetings, watch movies, play video games, and more.
Both aircraft are equipped with a new Cabin Management System (CMS), as well as enhanced in-flight entertainment and lighting. The new CMS provides passengers with more intuitive control of the cabin environment via multiple interfaces, including a new app experience, able to adjust temperature, airflow, lighting, video playback, and audio. Seamless connectivity is supported by Bluetooth audio and wireless charging, while the all-new Smart Switch panels provide easy access to individualized seat controls. Voice commands and RGB mood lighting come as optional integrations. The upper valance has been re-engineered and includes new upper tech panels and ambient air system.
“In 2018, we introduced the Praetor family—named to embody their mission of ‘leading the way’—and we delivered on that promise, setting a new benchmark with the most advanced midsize and super-midsize jets ever built,” said Michael Amalfitano, President and CEO of Embraer Executive Jets. “Their success ushered in a new era for Embraer, and today we are redefining the entire business aviation industry by introducing innovations never before seen in this segment. We are proud to unveil the Praetor 600E and Praetor 500E, elevating the private flight experience with smarter, more intuitive jets designed for the next generation of private travelers.”
The seating has also been completely re-engineered and manufactured by Embraer to serve extended comfort on longer flight missions. This includes configurable cushion firmness, dual lumbar support, forward-tracking headrest, increased legroom, and electric-assist release for smoother seat movements. A redesigned berthing process enables quicker transitions for rest, while a dedicated lounge position enhances relaxation on long flights.
In addition to these improvements, the galley on the Praetor 600E and refreshment center on the Praetor 500E have been redesigned for the potential to serve more meals on extended missions. This translates to increased volume in terms of storage, disposal, ice drawer, and more.
Both aircraft feature Embraer’s comprehensive avionics suite, including class-exclusive full fly-by-wire with active turbulence reduction and Embraer Enhanced Vision System (E2VS). Adding advanced protection and peace of mind, both jets now include Embraer’s Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS). Together, these technologies reduce pilot workload, improve situational awareness, and contribute to smoother flights while expanding operational flexibility to more destinations.
For all new orders, deliveries are expected to begin in Q1 2029. For more information on the aircraft, please visit embraer.com/executive.

HondaJet Elite II Certified by FAA to Become First Production Model Twin-Turbine Very Light Business Jet Available with Emergency Autoland
Emergency Autoland (EAL) is designed to enable HondaJet Elite II aircraft to land autonomously in an emergency situation where the pilot has become incapacitated
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified EAL for U.S.-registered HondaJet Elite II
Honda Aircraft Company is pursuing certification of EAL in other international markets
Honda Aircraft Company announced that the HondaJet Elite II has become the first production model twin-turbine very light business jet certified to equip Emergency Autoland (EAL), following certification of the system by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The installation of this technology has been highly anticipated by owners and operators of the HondaJet Elite II based in the United States, and Honda Aircraft Company is pursuing certifications from regulatory agencies in other markets to offer the same value to international customers.
"Adding Emergency Autoland to the HondaJet Elite II demonstrates our commitment to delivering new value to our customers," said Honda Aircraft Company President & CEO Hideto Yamasaki. "I'm proud that our team is fulfilling on this promise by offering Emergency Autoland and giving our HondaJet Elite II customers greater peace of mind during every flight."
About Emergency Autoland
As the name Emergency Autoland implies, the EAL system is designed to enable the aircraft to land autonomously in an emergency situation where the pilot has become incapacitated. The system may be initialized either by pushing a button to engage the EAL, or by automated monitoring systems, which can detect pilot unresponsiveness that may render EAL activation appropriate. When active, the EAL system automatically transmits an emergency code and conducts radio calls to alert air traffic control to the emergency. EAL-equipped aircraft can autonomously evaluate weather, terrain, fuel, and runway dimensions to select the optimal diversion airport, configure the aircraft for landing, navigate along the approach path, land the aircraft, and apply the brakes to a full stop on the runway.
In October 2024, the HondaJet Elite II became the first twin-turbine very light business jet to equip Autothrottle, a key technology related to the EAL system. Certification flight testing of EAL was completed in October 2025, paving the way for this latest achievement.

Dassault Aviation Brings Falcon 6X to Singapore Airshow 2026
Falcon 10X continues advancing through key development milestones
Saint-Cloud, 01 February 2026 – Dassault Aviation will feature its new Falcon 6X at the Singapore Airshow 2026, highlighting the aircraft’s growing fleet in service worldwide since its entry into service in late 2023.
The twinjet — which offers the largest cabin cross-section of any purpose-built business jet before the Falcon 10X entry into service— will be on static display throughout the week at Changi Exhibition Centre.
Falcon 6X: Centrepiece of Singapore Airshow Display
The spacious interior, advanced flight controls and highly efficient Pratt & Whitney Canada PW812D engines on the Falcon 6X have positioned the big new extra widebody twin as a leading choice for long-range travel in the Asia-Pacific region.
The 6X has earned strong marks from first operators for its exceptional cabin comfort, quietness and short-field capability — hallmarks of the Falcon family
Falcon 10X: Program Advancing Toward Rollout and First Flight
The 6X is slated to be joined by Dassault’s new ultra long range Falcon 10X, which is moving steadily through key development milestones as it progresses toward rollout and the beginning of its flight-test campaign. Designed to redefine the ultra-long-range segment, the 10X will offer the widest cabin in its class and alike all the Falcons, incorporate flight-control technologies developed for Dassault’s combat aircraft. With a range of 7,500 nautical miles, the 10X is engineered for nonstop intercontinental operations — a capability increasingly valued by business aviation users across the Asia Pacific.
Asia-Pacific Business Aviation on an Upward Trajectory
The business aviation outlook in the Asia Pacific continues to brighten, underpinned by economic growth, fleet modernisation requirements and rising demand for ultra-long-range aircraft with advanced cabin and operational capabilities. Today some 100 Falcon jets are operating in the Asia-Pacific region, a fleet that is expected to grow as operators seek greater range, efficiency and comfort in their flight operations.
Strengthening Aftermarket Support: ExecuJet Malaysia Expands Capability
Dassault Aviation continues to reinforce its customer support footprint through its ExecuJet MRO Services network.
In 2024, ExecuJet Malaysia opened a new MRO facility at Subang Airport designed to support the latest-generation Falcon aircraft, including the Falcon 6X and the future Falcon 10X. The state-of-the-art facility complements ExecuJet’s existing service centres in Australia and strengthens Dassault’s ability to deliver high-quality maintenance, repair and overhaul services for customers across Asia Pacific.
This expansion builds on Dassault’s rapidly growing global aftermarket network—the company recently added a big new service facility in Melbourne, Florida–and supports the long-term operational needs of the regional Falcon fleet.
“The Singapore Airshow is a key opportunity for us to engage with customers across one of the world’s most promising aviation markets. “The top of the Falcon line continues to set new standards for cabin comfort and flight performance. Through our expanded MRO presence in Malaysia we are furthering our commitment to supporting the long-term growth of business aviation in the region,” says Eric Trappier, Chairman and CEO of Dassault Aviation.

Flying Coral Reef - Passion for the Sea, Love for Flying
For many pilots, an aircraft is simply a means of getting from one place to another. For Fred Hudson, a Florida-based entrepreneur, his Pilatus PC-12 is much more than that, it’s a flying reflection of his passions. Looking at this PC-12, you might think it belongs to Jack Sparrow or the Disney Company – the paint scheme is simply stunning, eye-catching, and even a little wild. But when you look behind the curtain, you’ll see that it actually belongs to a serious and very proud owner who is also a huge Pilatus fan. With its striking coral reef-inspired paint scheme, this aircraft has been turning heads and sparking curiosity for more than two decades, drawing attention wherever it flies. “Everywhere I go, people assume it’s a marine research plane,” says Fred with a huge smile. “But really, the paint scheme is based on my hobby, spearfishing, and my passion for the Bahamas.” At first glance, the PC-12 resembles an aquarium in flight, decorated with images of reef life, fish, turtles, corals and even a treasure chest. The inspiration comes directly from his private island retreat in the Abacos, where he spends time roughly every three weeks. He uses the plane to fly to his own strip – a perfect landing spot for the PC-12. “Beyond flying, my heart belongs to the sea. I wanted a plane that was as personal and vibrant as my connection to it.”
An Incredible Aircraft This isn’t just any plane – it is Fred’s 70th aircraft. Over the years, he has flown jets and turboprops, often changing aircraft. But when he purchased his PC-12 in Johannesburg in 2002, he knew he had found something special. “I would never ever want a different plane. The PC-12 is by far the most utilitarian aircraft ever made for flights under a thousand miles. Period.”

With more than 3,000 hours on his PC-12, Fred flies it himself, logging about 150 hours per year. The aircraft has taken him all across the Western Hemisphere – from Alaska to Panama, and often deep into the Caribbean. It has also served a greater purpose during times of crisis. After the earthquake in Haiti, he ferried doctors and medical supplies, and following devastating hurricanes in the Bahamas, he made multiple relief flights. “We stacked it to the ceiling with supplies – that’s when you realize how incredibly useful this aircraft really is.”
The PC-12 as Trusted Partner
Beyond its striking appearance and humanitarian missions, the PC-12 is also central to both his business and personal life. As the owner of a thriving furniture enterprise with 14 stores and more than 500 employees, he relies on the aircraft to make the most of his time. “Flying has always been a huge part of my business. It allows me to attend markets, meetings, and still enjoy time at my homes in the mountains and in the Bahamas. I literally use it for everything – both business and private.”
For him, the PC-12 has become more than an aircraft, it is a trusted partner. “This plane is my right arm,” he says. “It has lived a very cool life – and so have I because of it.”
