Located in partnership with Jet Aviation at their Singapore site, this dedicated Gulfstream Customer Support office provides customers with immediate access to Gulfstream personnel, expertise and support while their aircraft are in region. The opening marks the first time Gulfstream has formally established a Customer Support office at this location.

The Singapore office is staffed by a team of eight Gulfstream professionals, including customer technical managers (CTM), materials and quality team members, a field service representative (FSR) and a regional sales manager (RSM). Together, the team works exclusively on behalf of Gulfstream customers to ensure a consistent high-touch service experience and global standard of support excellence.

“Gulfstream is seeing increased activity across Asia, and Singapore was a natural choice for our next Customer Support expansion given its role as a leading aerospace hub,” said Lor Izzard, senior vice president, Gulfstream Customer Support. “Adding this dedicated on-site team allows us to deliver a more seamless and convenient service experience for customers across the region.”

Jet Aviation Singapore is one of Gulfstream’s six factory authorized service centers worldwide, and the new Gulfstream office at this site complements the company’s broader APAC Customer Support presence, which includes nine FSRs and three Gulfstream FAST Field and Airborne Support Teams throughout the region, along with 10 authorized warranty facilities worldwide that provide customers with greater access to warranty service, maintenance and parts.

Gulfstream also operates a distribution center in Singapore, a 5,000-square-foot/465-square-meter facility that fulfills more than 70% of regional parts orders. The site houses more than $70 million in dedicated spare parts inventory, supporting repairs and advancing Gulfstream’s long-term strategy to expand in-house component support and enhance parts availability for customers.

Gulfstream Completes 200Th G600 Delivery

Aircraft Continues to Redefine Excellence as Demand Remains Robust

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. today announced the 200th customer delivery of the award-winning Gulfstream G600. This aircraft was outfitted at Gulfstream’s facility in St. Louis and delivered to a North America-based customer.

To date, the G600 fleet has logged more than 197,000 flight hours and completed over 87,000 landings. The aircraft has amassed 95 city-pair speed records, including recently surpassing a record that had been held for more than a decade. For that achievement earlier this year on a flight from Aspen, Colorado, to the U.K.’s London City Airport, the G600 demonstrated impressive performance, completing the journey in 7 hours, 42 minutes at an average speed of Mach 0.91.

“Interest in the G600 remains incredibly strong worldwide as customers continue to be impressed with its remarkable capabilities,” said Mark Burns, president, Gulfstream. “Reaching the 200th delivery reflects the program’s continued momentum while reinforcing the aircraft’s proven maturity and reliability.”

The 200th G600 delivery follows other recent news for the aircraft. In January, Gulfstream announced that the G600 and its sister aircraft, the Gulfstream G500, received certification for steep-approach landing by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), allowing operations at even more airports worldwide, including London City.

Known for its award-winning interior and seat designs, the G600 can be configured with up to four living areas and can seat up to 19 passengers. It can fly 6,600 nautical miles/12,223 kilometers at Mach 0.85 or 5,600 nm/10,371 km at Mach 0.90 and features a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.925.

Customers can select from a range of advanced interior options, including high‑speed internet connectivity packages; an ultrahigh‑definition circadian lighting system; an ultragalley with more than 10 feet of counter space; or a grand suite featuring a fixed bed and shower.

The award-winning G500 and G600 — which debuted Gulfstream’s next-generation Symmetry Flight Deck featuring the industry’s first active control sidesticks and most extensive use of touch-screen technology — continue to see exceptional demand and utilization around the world with more than 370 aircraft in service and over 150 city-pair speed records, combined.
